Labor Day

The SEC will be closed Monday, September 1st in observance of Labor Day. The EDGAR System will not receive, process or accept filings on this day. Filings with a due date of September 1st will be due the following business day. The FERC will also be closed in observation of Labor Day. eForms will accept filings submitted on September 1st. SEC Staff to Host EDGAR Next Webinar

The SEC’s EDGAR Business Office (EBO) has announced that it will hold a webinar that will cover EDGAR Next enrollment and answer a number of frequently asked questions related to EDGAR Next. The event takes place on Tuesday, August 26, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Eastern, and registration is required to attend.
