New Year’s Hours

Both the SEC and the FERC will be closed Wednesday, January 1, 2025, in observation of the New Year holiday. The EDGAR System will not receive, process or accept filings on that day. Filings with a due date of January 1st will be due the following business day, Thursday, January 2nd. eForms will accept filings submitted on January 1st. {expires: 2025-01-02}


Novaworks will also be closed on Wednesday, January 1, 2025. We will be offering limited e-mail support only after 2:00 pm ET on December 31st. Normal e-mail and phone support hours (9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ET) will resume on Thursday, January 2nd.
