–  Updated to EDGAR 24.3.

Form 13-F HR

–  Added new 13F preferences controls, accessible under the Home ribbon’s Plug-ins menu. This allows users to manually set a path to the 13F CUSIP list and for users to lock the list to prevent it from updating automatically if a new one is available. This is intended to allow users to perform amendments on previously filed 13F reports who may need access to historical CUSIP data.

Form N-PX

–  Corrected an issue with saving where XML tags were not being omitted when a field in the proxy voting record table was blank but previously held a value.

Schedule 13D/G

–  Corrected an issue causing excess characters to appear in the certification field when a file was opened.
