EDGAR Release 26.3

Release 26.3: On September 14, 2026, EDGAR Release 26.3 will introduce the following changes to the EDGAR Filing website:
| • | The number of characters that may be entered in the Street Address lines 1 and 2 of form types SBSE-BD, SBSE-BD/A, and SBSE-W will be increased to 150 characters, and address fields will populate in Schedule F-Section I of Form SBSE-BD when the "individual" radio button is selected for the agent for service of process. |
| • | To avoid confusion for Nationally Recognized Statistical Rating Organizations (NRSROs), the Employment Transition Report (ETR) submission type has been removed from EDGAR Link Online. NRSROs should continue submitting all ETRs through the separate, dedicated ETR application at https://www.sec.gov/divisions/marketreg/nrsro_etr.htm |
| • | The submission templates for Forms 13F and 13F-CTR are being revised to correct an error in labeling. |
| • | A new online interface that will allow filers to electronically submit ANE Exception Notices and requests for withdrawal on the interface or via EDGAR filer-constructed submissions. Filers may submit LIVE or TEST submissions on EDGAR as of September 14, 2026; however, they are not required to use this interface until January 1, 2027 and may continue to submit ANE Exception Notices and requests for withdrawal via email until December 31, 2026. |
| • | A new online Form 1 interface will allow filers to electronically submit Form 1 and all related variants (1, 1AA, 1AC, 1/A, 1/A-A, 1/A-T, 1/S-M, 1/S-R, and 1W) on the interface or via EDGAR filer-constructed submissions. Filers may submit LIVE or TEST submissions on EDGAR as of September 14, 2026; however, they are not required to use this interface until March 2, 2027, and may continue to submit Form 1 and variants in paper until March 1, 2027. |
| • | A new version of the FND (Fund) taxonomy, FND-2026q3, will be added. Portfolio table, axis, default member, and name concepts for unit investment trusts will be added to this version. Please see the Change Log section in the taxonomy guide ( https://xbrl.sec.gov/fnd/2026q3/fnd-taxonomy-guide-2026-09-14.pdf ) for more details. |
| • | EDGAR will be updated to disallow the following taxonomies: US GAAP/2024, SRT/2024, IFRS/2024; and the 2024 versions of CEF, COUNTRY, CURRENCY, CYD, DEI, ECD, EXCH, FFD, FND, NAICS, OEF, RXP, SBS, SIC, SNJ, SRO, STPR, and VIP taxonomies; and interim release versions FFD/2024q2, FND/2024q3, OEF/2024q3, RXP/2024q3, VIP/2024q4 taxonomies. |
